Tata Docomo Complaints - Tata docomo Cheating - 3g data card bill Rs.19000

Hi,
I was using tata docomo 3g modem with unlimited plan(1000). The internet usage was very less, so I changed the plan from unlimited to 1GB (600) limited plan. It was activated on 25/1/2012. After 5 days when I checked my unbilled amount in my account , it was Rs.8000 and Data usage was 16GB. In the five days span I used internet only 2 or 3 times to check the mails. I called the costumer care and asked about this wrong unbilled amount. They told that it is the data meter issue and it will be fixed within 2 days.

After 2 days again I checked my unbilled amount in my account, it was Rs.16000. Next day I went to the tata docomo service outlet and gave complaint and I asked them to cancel the connecton. They told that they couldn't see any unbilled amount in their system and even you have not crossed your planned amount Rs.600, if it crosses the system will show and the issue will be fixed within 2 days and will let u know the status and raised an internal complaint.


Again after 2 days i checked the account , the unbilled amount was 17000. Then I went to the service outlet and cancelled the connection. I have the xerox copy of cancellation form.

On 25th Feb bill was generated and I got call from the costumer care and asking when will you pay 19000. I told that already I have given complaint about the data meter and even my credit limit itself is 2000 rupees. Then costumer executive was telling, you pay your credit limit amount 2000 rupees. I told that I cant pay this much amount because I didn't use that much. Then the costumer executive is telling we will send legal notice , then you need to pay 2500 rupees that include legal charges. I am not understanding why are these people cheating costumers like this.

Kindly take this matter urgently as Tata Docomo is cheating its customers.
